The City of Oak Ridge, Anderson County, and Roane Counties are home to hundreds of miles of multi-use trails that are owned and maintained by a number of civic governments, private and public organizations and volunteer groups. Additional trails and resources for these trails are linked below.

City of Oak Ridge Greenways & Trail Systems

​

Oak Ridge boasts more than 85 miles of walking, running, and biking trails that wind through the Secret City. Oak Ridge, Tennessee is home to 13 distinct greenways that weave through natural corridors and showcase century-old hardwoods, assorted wildlife, and pristine shorelines.

Windrock MTB Park

Created by Neko Mulally and Sean Leader.    Windrock Park has East Tennessee’s best downhill mountain bike course and some amazing cross-country trails as well. The downhill trails and cross-country trails are all aggressive and rated difficult to extreme and geared towards expert riders. They consist of steep, rocky and technical descents with many trail features such as natural and man-made drops and jumps. With 550 acres and 9 trails with a 2150’ drop you will not be disappointed!

Loyston Point Trails

​

With 12.7 miles of multi-use trail open to mountain bikers, hikers and runners, these trails handle wet weather and are user-friendly. The Loyston Loop Trail provides a perfect loop for the beginner mountain biker with the Mill Creek Loop Trail: providing more of a challange.
